Christopher Peter Meloni is an American actor and is famous for his roles on the popular television show 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. Since his time at college, Christopher Meloni has been attracted to the world of acting. He studied acting at the University of Colorado at Boulder. While he was active on TV and film but his performances on small screens are what brought him much recognition. There is no doubt that the actor has managed to grab the attention of viewers by playing characters that are either one side of the law. On his debut TV show in which he played the role of a killer. Later, he was able to take on the role of an NYPD Detective. He's been nominated numerous times for the highly coveted Emmy Awards and the PRISM Awards for his smaller screen performances.
